Specialization

Tom specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Washington, DC; Chevy Chase, Kensington, Bethesda, Potomac, Silver Spring and Rockville, Maryland; and McLean, Alexandria, and Great Falls, Virginia, as well as the general Metropolitan Washington area. Tom has been the recipient of the GCAAR Platinum award, the highest award given, every year since 1997. Tom's promise to service, professionalism and negotiation has earned him a reputation for keeping both sides of the transaction satisfied. Consequently, 90 percent of Tom's client base are repeat or referred customers.

Personal

Tom is a Washington native, born and raised in Washington, D.C. He attended St. Johns College High School and Regis College in Denver, Colorado where he studied Political Science. After a stint on Capitol Hill, he began selling residential real estate in 1990. A devoted family man, Tom is married with two children, so the soccer team, basketball and swim leagues have become his second home. Tom's hobbies are real estate, golf, baseball, basketball, and travel. He also volunteers with various local youth organizations and programs.
