| 1. |
First, we will meet with you to help you evaluate your property to help you determine and establish a listing price for your home.
| 2. |
We will then complete a listing agreement contract outlining the terms, features and amenities of your home and neighborhood.
| 3. |
Your property will immediately be entered in the Regional Multiple Listing Service and posted on web pages such as www.realtor.com, www.homevisit.com, www.tomwilliamsrealty.com, and http://www.mcenearney.com/.
| 4. |
We will immediately notify McEnearney Associates agents as well as many other top agents in the area of your listing and it's availability for viewing.
| 5. |
Next, we will have your property professionally photographed with up to 50 pictures of the outside and inside of your residence.
| 6. |
Once the photography has been completed we will design, produce and print a 2 page or 2 sided color brochure for your property. This brochure will include a description and list the many assets evident in your property.
| 7. |
A full color direct mail postcard with a picture of your home may be the next step taken to market your home. This card will be sent to the area and demographics believed to be the best possible market in helping to secure a buyer for your property.
| 8. |
In addition to the above steps an advertisement will be placed in The Washington Post and/or other relevant publications notifying everyone of your home's availability.
| 9. |
An Open House may be the next step in marketing your home. If so, an advertisement will be prepared and literature to display and pass out will be produced and made available in your home for prospective purchasers to carry with them.
| 10. | Finally, the presentation of offers for the purchase of your home will be scheduled and you can accept, deny or counter back offers to the new home buyers. |
