1. What areas/locations do you service?

I am licensed to service real estate in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Many of my listings and sales are in Upper North West Washington, D.C. and Bethesda and Chevy Chase, Maryland. As a native Washingtonian, I am comfortable selling in all of the District of Columbia., Montgomery County and Northern Virginia areas.

2. Are you familiar with reputable lenders in the area?

Based on the needs of each client I can recommend that you speak with several reputable lenders. They can help you decide what type of loan is most suitable for your needs and guide you through the procedures to secure the best possible rate and term for your mortage.

3. How much will I qualify for?

The lender you speak with can best determine the amount of funds for which you will be able to qualify. He/she will go over the many options and rates to determine the size loan you would like to secure.
